The Dutch productlabel Weltevree presents new designs during the Salone Internazionale del Mobile in Milan (14-18 April). Weltevree can be found in the new design area Ventura Lambrate with a mature collection and as part of the exhibition ‘Made in Arnhem’.
New in 2010:
Divewood
Quality and new experiences do not arise directly from the products, but from the recognition of the opportunities that surround us. Each puddle of water is a swimming pool when the possibilities are explored. The diving board Divewood, by Floris Schoonderbeek, expresses this freedom.
Outside cooking
Dick van Hoff created the concept of cooking outside. By doing so, he gave shape to the desire to lengthen the season of living outside and to enjoy freshly prepared food throughout the year. Together with the chef Jeroen van Werven (Restaurant Look, Arnhem), he wrote a (cook)book about cooking outside on the weltevree outdooroven . The outdooroven togheter with the cookbook present this outdoorcooking concept.
Dutchtub
The wood fuelled outside tub of Floris Schoonderbeek is contemporary, luxurious and basic at the same time. A log-fire heats and transports the water via the spiral outside of the tub. A classic since 2003, but new in the Weltevree collection. Now also available in the two person version, and even more accessible as a consequence. The tub for two takes less water, less wood and less space, but offers the same benefits.
